UPDATE AS OF 5/1/2021 @ 12PM
We are no longer doing temperature checks upon entry. The gym is back to normal operations besides locker rentals.
UPDATE AS OF 11/5 @12PM
Governor Kay Ivey has now lifted the capacity guidelines for athletic facilities. However, there will be no changes at our facility due to this change. We have not yet come close to hitting our capacity and do not expect that to happen in the near future. Temperature checks, day use only of lockers, and sanitizing of equipment will continue. Masks are not required while working out.
UPDATE AS OF 10/2 @8AM
Following Kay Ivey's press conference yesterday, the current orders were extended again through November. However, our management has decided to re-instate our guest policy under green and purple memberships. As of today, green and purple 24/7 members may bring in 1 guest per visit with no extra charge. This guest MUST be brought during staffed hours. If we meet 50% capacity due to allowing guests again, we may return to the no guest policy until the capacity limit is lifted. We may also turn away guests if we meet capacity at any given time. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask the front desk staff or email us at [email protected].
UPDATE AS OF 9/10 @12PM
The previous guidelines from the state have now changed, allowing us to open our showers and water fountains back up to our members. Our staff will ensure these spaces are kept extra clean. This will mean that water bottles are no longer complimentary, but can be purchased at the front desk.
UPDATE AS OF 8/28 @5PM
After today's press conference from Governor Ivey, our current COVID-19 protocols will be extended through October 2nd, when the current orders are set to expire.
UPDATE AS OF 7/31/2020 @5PM
Beginning today, members will be asked to wear a face mask while idling in the gym. We have put signs up around the facility instructing members to mask up while not working out. We have made this change after yesterday's press conference with Governor Kay Ivey and the extension of the mask order throughout the state. Staff will also begin wearing masks behind the desk. This is for the safety of our staff and members. Our next update is set for 8/31, when the current orders are set to expire.
UPDATE AS OF 7/16/2020 @12PM
Following today’s press conference from Governor Kay Ivey, our gym managers have been diligently researching about requirements for Gym Time. As of now, gym members will not be required to wear a face mask while actively working out in the gym. If members fail to maintain a 6 foot distance while in the gym, we will reconsider requiring masks. Group exercise classes will now require a reservation on the Gym Time Facebook page as well as a ticket to the event. You will give this ticket to the instructor upon arrival to the class. Each weekly schedule will be posted on Sunday evenings for the upcoming week. Our next update will come on Friday, July 31 when the current orders are set to expire.

Gym Time is opened under new hours. We are currently open Monday-Friday 5am-10pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. New guidelines for the gym are listed below.
- Each member will be screened via thermal thermometer at the front desk upon checkin. There is also a list of questions that each member must be able to answer upon arrival.
- Each member will clean equipment before and after use. There are sanitizing stations all across the gym.
- There is no access to water fountains or showers until further notice.
- Members must abide by the 6 foot distancing rule. No gatherings are allowed.
- Staff is deep cleaning at least every 2 hours as well as taking proper precautions with social distancing.
- Classes are currently limited on the number of members able to attend. Members can sign up for a class time by visiting the Facebook page.
- NO GUESTS, regardless of the membership type. This is to ensure that we do not meet half capacity limit with non-members. You can purchase a $10 1-day membership pass for anyone who is not a member that wants to enter the gym. We also have a $10 per-month membership available that allows basic gym access during staffed hours only. This membership can be purchased at the front desk with a voided check or printed bank letter with account and routing number. THIS IS NOT A 24/7 MEMBERSHIP.
- We are accepting new members. Sign up online or come in to enroll with a voided check or bank statement.
